Competition level dancers compete throughout the year at various competitions in the metroplex. At the 2007 Stage One Nationals, Shadowman was awarded First Place Overall - Teen Large Group as well as National Shoot-Out Champions. |

Performances |

Our students are given the opportunity to perform at various funcitons throughout the year, including school carnivals, assorted holiday programs, Hometown Celebration, Holiday Magic and Mayfest. Assorted dance camps, dance conventions, master classes and competitions are available for the more serious student.

Recital Information

In an attempt to minimize expense for our parents, it is the studio's policy to produce a full scale production on an every-other-year basis. The next full scale recital will be held in May 2009 at Texas Hall/UTA.
During our "off year" a much smaller showcase is held. Costume expense is minimal, approximately $45-$60 total. Showcase fee is $45. As during recital years, costumes are billed on November statements, showcase fee is billed on December statements. The 2008 Showcase will be held May 17, 2008 at Texas Hall/UTA.
Showcase participation is not mandatory. However students not participating must notify the studio in writing prior to November 1st, because costume preparations begin at that time. Early orders assure delivery in time for additional spring performances such as school carnivals and Mayfest.
